Payments

  • •Card payments are processed securely by Stripe. Zano Rides never sees or stores your full card number, CVV, or PIN — only the card brand and last four digits are kept for your records.
  • •Wallet balances, loyalty points, and transaction histories are stored with your account.

How We Protect Your Data

  • •Your records are protected by row-level security: only you and authorized administrators can access them.
  • •Sensitive actions (such as login changes, exports, and deletions) are recorded in an audit trail.
  • •Driver contact and licence details are never shown to passengers — you only see the driver's name, rating, vehicle, and live location during a trip.

How We Use Your Information

  • •To book, dispatch, and complete rides between you and nearby drivers.

Data Retention

  • •Trip and payment records are kept as long as needed to run your account and meet legal and financial record-keeping requirements. Financial records may be retained after account deletion where the law requires it.

  • •You can permanently delete your account and personal data at any time from the Privacy & Data page.
